Job Duties: Assistant Controller / Office Manager

Location: Lake Elsinore area

Schedule: Mon-Thurs, 4/10's schedule, 6:00am - 4:30pm

Pay: $22-28/hour D.O.E.

Duration: Temp to Hire, direct hire is a possibility



Seeking individuals with extensive accounting experience as Assistant Controller or Office Manager.

Responsible for keeping the accounting and financial processes of the company up to standard and ensure accurate financial reporting and control. Will be in frequent communication with all levels of management, to include manufacturing team and will have strong involvement with Human Resources.



• Support most aspects of accounting management (billing, tax forms, reporting, etc.)

• Prepare financial statements in compliance with official guidelines.

• Manage journal entries, invoices, reconcile accounts for month end and annual closing.

• Review accounting information to identify and resolve inaccuracies or imbalances.



• Strong accounting and organization skills.

• Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel 2017 and QuickBooks Pro 2017).

• Well-organized and self-learner.

• Strong communication skills.

• Manufacturing industry experience in Aerospace or Defense is a plus.

• Human Resources experience is ideal.
