Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative you will contribute to the client's success by providing Phone, Email and Chat support to their customers and retailers using kiosks and retail online stores. You will assist customers with product information, refund requests, return request, short payments, and machine locations, in addition to troubleshooting some kiosk technical issues. MUST be able to pass client background & drug screen! You must be able to work flexible hours to support the 6 am to 6 pm call center environment including weekends. New hires must be able to attend an initial 2 week training class - M-F 8-5pm daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Document and track customer contacts in Salesforce

• Process initial contact for return request or short payments

• Provide best solution to satisfy customer inquiry/request

• Provide process improvement recommendations

• Resolve problems by clarifying issues, researching, locating and providing information

• Meet quality audit requirements and other key performance metrics such as attendance, customer satisfaction survey scores, availability

• Recommend products/services that could enhance the customer/business relationship


Education & Experience

• High school diploma, GED or 2 years of call center work experience is required

• 6+ months experience in customer service contact (face to face or phone) or retail management required

• 6+ months prior experience in a call center environment is preferred

• Experience promoting benefits and features of products and/or services is a plus


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Ability to defuse escalated customer situations through high level problem solving, step by step diagnosis, and resolution of customer issues

• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced, ever changing, high volume environment

• Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns and resolve problems

• Excellent communication skills, including spelling and grammar

• Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in web browsers (tabs, navigation, Chrome, Explorer) and MS Office products (Windows, Outlook, Excel filters & tabs)

• Ability to sit/stand in a work station up to 3 hours between breaks

• Fluent in Spanish (writing and speaking) preferred
