Job Title: Human Resources Administrative Coordinator

Location: San Diego, CA 92121

Schedule: Full Time: Monday – Friday

Duration: 2 Years

Pay: 16.00 – 18.00 per/hour


Position Summary:

This position will be responsible for greeting candidates and provide with coordinating schedules with the internal team. The role is ideal for someone with a great customer service background, ideally looking to start and grow in the Human Resources field!

 

Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Day to day oversight of the Candidate Center

  • Greet interview candidates and provide all necessary information for the day

  • Respond to questions and issues as needed

  • Consistent communication with candidates, interview teams, recruiters, hiring managers, and other necessary groups

  • Assist Scheduling team with coordinating interviews

  • Other responsibilities as needed

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
