Position Summary:

The Implementation Project Coordinator will work to ensure timely installations by managing a variety of moving parts required for these activities. Working directly with clients and vendors to schedule and communicate expectations. Attention to detail and follow up abilities are just a few key attributes we are looking to tap into.   • Coordinate directly with clients to collect pertinent install and program data.

  • Coordinator, schedule and maintain projects to completion for installation and customer support activities.

  • Prepare and setup installation data for cross functional team members.

  • Support the Implementation team by monitoring and tracking the progress of implementation records.

  • Effectively communicate and coordinate with external client and internal cross functional teams gather any information needed to keep projects on track.

  • Work with 3rd party vendors for invoice processing, follow up tasks and status monitoring

  • Other duties as assigned

 

Required Skills:

  • Strong Excel, Work and PowerPoint skills Experience in a high tech industry Strong written and verbal communication skills Organized, accurate and detail-oriented Proactive and motivated to succeed Aptitude for systems (e.g., Oracle, HFM) and accounting process flows Experience with application of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Experience with investment accounting

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting 3-5 years of accounting experience
