Position Summary:

We are looking for experienced Inside Sales Representatives that have a background in Home Improvement, preferably in the consumer lending space.


The Inside Sales Associate position is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door of the renewable energy space and simultaneously learn about consumer finance, loan origination and credit underwriting.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

Build and manage a network of residential Home Energy originators and contractors

Deliver a world-class experience and superior support to the company Contractors

Develop and optimize lead generation and sales operations processes

Conduct phone and web-based appointments with installers to educate installer and sales consultants, build relationships, communicate developments, and
collect feedback

Update and manage collateral for contractors

Manage day-to-day communications with contractor and maintain accurate records

Represent installers' needs to marketing, operations, support, and product development

Track metrics to evaluate contractor’s performance

Consistently meet and exceed target loan funded volume goals

Work cross-functionally as a part of the team

Engage and support company contractors through portal training, underwriting, credit training, and active deal support

Identify prospective contractor targets, then develop and execute effective strategies to bring them onto the platform, help their sales teams excel

Become a subject matter expert on all viable U.S. Home Improvement in terms of competitive pricing, market leaders, growth trends, technology, and financing options


Skills & Experience: 

Strong sales track record

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent technical, analytical and math skills

Prior B2B sales experience helpful, but not required

Experience with common PC desktop applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

Experience with Salesforce
