Job Title: Program Manager, Associate
Duration: 3 months (may extend)
Customer Engineering Operations team is seeking a self-motivated and responsible Associate Program Manager. This individual will work closely with Customer Engineering Team members and should be able to take guidance from senior team members or work independently. Support to licensees by using chipset; gain expertise on roadmaps, platform technologies, chipset capabilities and limitations.
Manage customer projects of all sizes and complexities during the entire development and deployment cycle; coordinate customer design reviews with proper stakeholder, technical support and training needs, provide issue resolution by working with local and regional teams as needed.
Coordination and execution of customer requirements daily; setting up meetings internally and externally, ensuring that customer requirements are understood clearly and are being met in the expected amount of time.
Lead meetings/discussions on key topics with the customers and internal teams and provide regular updates on customer product development, testing and launch plans to upper management.
Creation and analysis of documentation and software with proper stakeholders in order to develop functional customer Product Kits
Delivery of sustainable results using statistical analysis tools and project management methods
Work with external customers and vendors and internal stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Engineering) to develop functional Statement of Work for Various IoT products
-3+ years in the following areas required: -Hardware or Software experience in mobile or wireless communication design
-Knowledge of CDMA or UMTS or LTE terminal architecture and protocol
Bachelor's, Business Administration and/or Computer Engineering and/or Computer Networks & Systems and/or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience Preferred: Master's, Business Administration and/or Computer Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering and/or Information Technology
